This statement allows the examiners to ask questions about any other metal complexes or ligands which aren't specifically mentioned in the syllabus. You should be given enough information to be able to work out what is going on - provided you have a good understanding of the rest of this section.

You should find and read the statement in your copy of the syllabus.

There is nothing I can add to this. The possible range of examples which you could base a question on is just too wide. Just make sure that you have a good knowledge of material actually in the syllabus.
